How long will it take to get my order?
To ensure the highest quality and reduce waste, every piece at Born West is made-to-order specifically for you. Generally, orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes another 3–5 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package hits the road."
Can I change my size or cancel after ordering?
Because our production process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, we have a very narrow window for changes. If you need to update your size or shipping address, please email us within 2 hours of your purchase. After that, the 'Made-to-Order' process is finalized and cannot be intercepted.
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
As a minimalist brand focusing on sustainable, on-demand production, we do not support returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We highly recommend checking our Size Chart before purchasing. However, if you receive a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you. Just reach out with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
How should I wash my Born West gear?
To keep your prints looking sharp and the fabric feeling heavy, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water. Tumble dry on low or hang dry to maintain the silhouette. Avoid ironing directly on the print—treat it with care, and it’ll stay in your wardrobe for years.
