Returns & Refunds At Born West, we focus on a minimalist approach and high-quality production. Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you via our partner, Qikink, we do not maintain a physical inventory.
Exchanges & Returns
- Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a printing error, fabric tear, or any manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at [Hashirpathan.work@gmail.com] within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect and the shipping label.
- Wrong Item: If we sent you the wrong design or size by mistake, we will ship the correct item at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Situation
Refund Processing Once your proof of defect is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or no longer want the design.
- Size Issues: Since we provide a detailed Size Guide for our Oversized Terry T-shirts, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please measure your favorite tee and compare it to our chart before ordering.
- Incorrect Address: If the package is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address provided by you, a re-shipping fee will apply.
